Growing up with rei was quite simple until her quirk began to develop, she was always cheerful and full of life. She was around the age of 5 when her quirk began to develop.
As soon as her quirk started developing she would disappear randomly for hours at a time, sometimes longer. She was confused and scared when she would try to talk to her parents or teachers and she would get no responses as if she weren't even there.
Eventually gaining enough control and realizing why her she would disappear for hours at a time, she became quite good at disappearing, and in fact flying and going through walls also!
Her quirk did come with downsides though, if she stayed in her ghost form for too long she would begin to become hard of breathing and it felt as though she were being slowly deprived of oxygen. along with children and animals being able to see her.
She was a little misgevious growing up knowing the extents of her quirk now and what she could do. She used her quirks to pull many pranks, only getting caught a few times. Though she came to grow out of that phase, she still finds pranks enjoyable here and there
Sometime whilst growing up she had heard of the pro hero Ectoplasm, who quickly became a hero she looked up to. She couldn't quite put her finger as to why, maybe it's because his hero name had something to do with the supernatural or maybe it was because he was just cool! He became one of her biggest role models.

Quirk type: Transformation
Quirk Explanation: Phantom- The user can take on the physicals properties of a ghost. Going invisible was the first part of her quirk to manifest, however if she holds this form for longer than 3 hours, she will begin to feel light headed and eventually faint.
While in her 'ghost form' she has other abilities a ghost would have like flying and going through walls, but all abilities are on the same time limit. Eventually, like her father she will be able to possess people also, but that very advanced.
Because her quirk is used for stelth she has to work on keeping her physicals body in shape, and she carries a utility belt on her hero costume for daggers and also some items for first-aid.
